Fees are payable in Canadian Dollars through the following payment methods:
1. Cash
2. Debit Cards. Please note that there is a surcharge of 10 cents (CAD 0.10) per transaction through this payment method.
3. Credit Cards. Please note that there is a surcharge of 2.4% of the total amount due through this payment method.
4. Bank drafts and Postal Money Order. Payments made by bank draft or postal money order should be payable to CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE PHILIPPINES.
PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
A review of the exchange rate parity between the US and Canadian dollar is conducted on a quarterly basis. Any determination of holding the conversion rate, or undertaking an upward or downward adjustment, would be in accordance with prevailing exchange market conditions and short- to medium- term analysis and outlook.
