PHL Consulate General in Vancouver Welcomes New Consul André Peter C. Estanislao

Vancouver, January 2026 — The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver welcomed Consul André Peter C. Estanislao, who arrived at Post on 26 January 2026 and assumed his duties following the departure of Consul Analyn A. Ratonel on 29 January 2026.

Consul Estanislao will oversee the Administrative and Cultural Sections of the Consulate General. He will also serve as the Post’s Chairperson of the Bids and Awards Committee and Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Person.

Consul Estanislao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies with a minor in French from Middlebury College, an MBA from Philippine Christian University–Dasmariñas Campus, and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Southville International School and Colleges. He is a licensed psychologist.

Prior to his posting in Vancouver, Consul Estanislao served at the Department of Foreign Affairs Home Office as Acting Executive Director and concurrent Director of the Cultural Exchanges Division under the Office of Cultural Diplomacy. His previous foreign service assignments include Paris, Shanghai, and San Francisco.

Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin received Consul Estanislao in her office and welcomed him to the Post. During the meeting, Consul General Jamoralin discussed the Consulate General’s priorities, ongoing programs, and operational arrangements, and emphasized the importance of continuity and coordination in the performance of official functions.

The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver looks forward to the continued delivery of its programs and services under the strengthened complement of its diplomatic personnel.
