The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver informs the public that PSA Helpline is the Philippine Statistics Authority’s (PSA) sole third-party service provider for the processing of online requests and delivery of civil registry documents, both in the Philippines and overseas. International requests and delivery services through this platform officially commenced on 05 December 2025.
