Vancouver, B.C. 28 October 2025. The Philippine Consulate General, led by Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin, held a virtual meeting with travel agents in Vancouver on 21 October 2025 to promote Winter Escapade 2026, a flagship tourism initiative, encouraging Filipino-Canadians and friends of the Philippines to rediscover the country through a curated travel experience.
During the zoom meeting, Mr. Michael Kipping, Director of Sales of Rajah Tours, the official tour operator of Winter Escapade 2026, presented the itinerary which includes Manila-Dumaguete-Siquijor-Bicol-Manila. Mr. Kipping also introduced the Travel Partners Incentive Plan options designed to encourage the agents to market the travel package to their clients.
Winter Escapade 2026 continues the tradition of the annual tour program on its 10th year organized jointly by the Philippine Foreign Service Posts in Canada ,Philippine Department of Tourism and Rajah Tours. The program aims to provide participants with a memorable and meaningful homecoming experience while contributing to local tourism and economic growth. END
