Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin Attends Briefing in Victoria for Consular Corps of British Columbia

14 May 2025 – Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin attended the Annual Luncheon and Government Briefing Session for the Consular Corps of British Columbia held in Victoria.

The event, hosted by Parliamentary Secretary Susie Chant, featured a tour of the Parliament Buildings and an opportunity to observe Question Period. Briefings at the Ned DeBeck Lounge were delivered by key provincial officials, including the Honourable Diana Gibson, Minister of Jobs, Economic Development and Innovation; the Honourable Rick Glumac, Minister of State for Trade; and the Honourable Jagrup Brar, Minister of Mining and Critical Minerals.

The visit concluded with a group photo alongside Premier David Eby and Cabinet Ministers, followed by remarks from Premier Eby and Ricardo Arredondo, Dean of the Consular Corps. Closing remarks were delivered by the Premier.END
