Asian Consuls General in Vancouver Meet with BC Premier David Eby

VANCOUVER BC, 21 October 2025 - Philippine Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin, together with the members of Consular Corps of British Columbia from ASEAN, South Korea and Japan met with Premier David Eby of British Columbia (BC) on 17 October 2025 in Vancouver.

The meeting was also joined by BC Ministers Brenda Bailey (Finance) and Ravi Kahlon (Jobs and Economic Growth) as well as Members of Legislative Assembly Mr. Paul Choi, Parliamentary Secretary for Trade and Ms. Susie Chant, Parliamentary Secretary for the Consular Corps.

The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss economic cooperation in view of Canada’s interest to deepen economic relations with the Indo-Pacific countries. END
