“Tribute to Kidlat Tahimik: Lolo of Filipino Indie Cinema” is a project of the Department of Foreign Affairs in partnership with the Film Development Council of the Philippines. The project aims to boost the creative industry, strengthen the Philippine export industry and showcase Philippine culture through films.
