12 April 2024 – The world-renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers, led by its Choirmaster Mark Anthony Carpio, graced the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver with a visit and surprise performance on 11 April 2024.  Vancouver is the first stop in their three-month tour of Canada.

Consul General Arlene Magno warmly welcomed the Philippine Madrigal Singers and expressed appreciation for their invaluable contributions to the promotion of Filipino artistry and cultural heritage on the global stage.

The visit served as a prelude to the highly anticipated concert by the Philippine Madrigal Singers scheduled to take place at the Christ Church Cathedral in Vancouver on 13 April 2024, which promises to be a breathtaking showcase of the choir's unparalleled talent and musical prowess.

The Philippine Madrigal Singers have garnered international acclaim as one of the world's most awarded choirs, consistently clinching top honors in prestigious choral competitions worldwide.
