VANCOUVER PCG RECEIVES AN ARTWORK FROM A FILIPINA ARTIST

Consul General Maria Andrelita S. Austria (left) and Ms. Donna Lynne Osea Menor (right) sign the Deed of Donation at the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver on 15 March 2022.  Ms. Menor is a Filipino-Canadian visual artist with two degrees, one in Interior Design and another in Nursing. Her commissioned portraits can be found in her clients’ private collections in Singapore, Belgium, United Kingdom, Philippines, the US, and Canada. She has also participated in group exhibitions held in Singapore, Canada, and the Philippines.
