Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver Visits Fort St. John

12 September 2021 – The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver conducted a two-day outreach, from 11 to 12 September 2021, in Fort St. John, British Columbia.  Deputy Consul General Arlene T. Magno led the consular team composed of Finance Officer Irene Pilar Mendoza, Cultural Officer Maria Lyra Ocampo, Consular Assistants Millicent Verceles, Kenneth Joya and Paolo Festejo, and Assistant Labor Attache Olive Macawili.

A total of 303 consular services were rendered, which included 229 passport renewals.  Some 44 returning Filipinos took their oath of dual citizenship and 164 Filipinos registered as overseas voters for the 2022 Philippine national elections.  This is the seventh consular outreach mission outside Metro Vancouver that the Consulate conducted this year.  END
