ADVISORY 35-2025: DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ACCEPTED STARTING 01 JANUARY 2026
Effective 01 January 2026, the Philippine Consulate General will accept debit and credit cards for payments for its consular services.
The public is advised of the following surcharges using these payment methods:
  • For DEBIT CARD Payments: 10 cents (CAD 0.10) per transaction
  • For CREDIT CARD Payments: 2.4% of the total amount due
Cash and Bank Drafts payable to Consulate General of the Philippines will continue to be accepted.
