March 8, 2021 – International Women’s Day and March as National Women’s Month in the Philippines

n observance of International Women’s Day this Monday, March 8, 2021, and March as National Women’s Month in the Philippines, the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver, together with the attached offices of POLO, OWWA and SSS, invites all our kababayan to join us in celebrating the wonderful, creative talents and artistic achievements of our kababayang kababaihan in BC, Yukon and Northwest Territories, with a virtual art exhibit entitled, “Celebrate Women! Celebrate Womanhood!”

We invite you to take a minute or two to appreciate the works of art of our Filipino-Canadian female visual artists that currently adorn the walls at the Consulate office in the video below.
