VANCOUVER, BC. 08 July 2025 - Vice Consul Marco Harder inducted the Filipino-Canadian Chamber of Commerce – Greater Vancouver (FCCC-GV)’s new set of officers during their First Annual General Meeting on 05 July 2025 at Acqua Restaurant, Executive Suites Hotel in Burnaby.
Vice Consul Harder delivered a message on behalf of Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin commending the FCCC-GV for its efforts in fostering collaboration and celebrating the unique contributions of Filipino-Canadians in the Greater Vancouver Area. The message also highlighted the recent developments in Philippines–Canada relations that reflect the expanding number of opportunities for economic collaboration and partnerships. The remarks also underscored the Consulate’s ongoing economic diplomacy initiatives aimed at strengthening ties with the Filipino-Canadian business sector and creating meaningful platforms for support, connection, and sustainable growth.
The FCCC-GV was officially formed on 30 November 2024 with its first President Carlo Mendoza. The organization aims to provide resources, networking, advocacy, and development opportunities that support business growth, professional development, cultural integration, and policy engagement for Filipino-Canadians.
