Vancouver, BC, 18 March 2025 - At the invitation of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada (APFC), Consul General Dr. Gina A. Jamoralin attended the Roundtable Discussion on Canada-Japan Strategic Partnership: A Conversation with Japan’s Former Minister of Justice Hideki Makihara which was held at Oceanic Plaza, Vancouver on 17 March 2025.
The roundtable discussion focused on Japan’s foreign and economic policy in the present global economic order. The discussion also witnessed Japan’s perspective on the G7 Summit and the growing importance of a robust Japan-Canada strategic partnership in today’s uncertain geopolitical landscape.
