ICMYI: Last 16 March 2026, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) officially launched the Fully Digital Apostille for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) documents at the DFA Office in Pasay City. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the Philippines’ digital transformation and continued adherence to international standards on document authentication.
