PH Consulate General Attends 2026 Lunar New Year Celebration

VANCOUVER 27 February 2026 - Philippine Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin attended the 2026 Lunar New Year Celebration at the Nikkei National Museum & Cultural Centre in Burnaby on 21 February 2026.

The event, attended by BC Premier David Eby, was co‑hosted by Speaker and Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Raj Chouhan, along with MLAs Anne Kang, Janet Routledge, Paul Choi, Rohini Arora, Sunita Dhir, Terry Yung, Kelly Greene, and Jennifer Whiteside, who represent ridings in Metro Vancouver. The well-attended free public event featured cultural performances, children’s activities, and community resource information booths in welcoming the Year of the Fire Horse.END
