Foreign Affairs Secretary Ma. Theresa P. Lazaro delivered a lecture on the Philippinesโ 2026 ASEAN Chairship on 6 February at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore.
Under the theme โ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ ๐
๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐, ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซโ, Secretary Lazaro highlighted the Philippinesโ strategic priorities into the 3Ps, namely: 1) Peace and Security Anchors; b) Prosperity Corridors; and c) People Empowerment.
As the ASEAN Chairโs Special Envoy on Myanmar, she also presented her priorities and underscored the importance of the Five Point Consensus as the framework for ASEANโs collective engagement.
