In a warm display of hospitality, the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver, hosted a merienda cena at its premises to formally welcome its newly arrived officers and staff on 11 September 2025.
This simple gathering brought together the Consulate’s personnel to greet and extend support to newly arrived Deputy Consul General Paul Vincent Uy, Cultural Officer Ma. Remedios Domingo and Administrative Staff Anne Jelyka Gubat of MWO-Vancouver.
The event featured a spread of classic Filipino merienda, lively conversations and a shared commitment to public service. Consul General Gina A. Jamoralin noted that the addition of the new officers and staff “strengthens our team as we continue to serve the public and carry out the Consulate’s work with dedication”. END
