What documents should I submit if I wish to renew my green or MRP (passport number starting with “XX”) booklet?

Notice to Passport Applicants
Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.
Applicants are encouraged to book an appointment online for their convenience.
Effective 01 July 2016, all application for passport renewal of holders of green or MRP (Machine Readable Passport; Passport Number starting with “XX”) shall be required to submit the original and photocopy of the following documents, in addition to the usual requirements for passport renewal:
1. Actual MRP (passport number starting with "XX") / green booklet;
2. PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate (PSA-formerly NSO);
3. At least one (1) valid identification document, and
4. Other supporting documents as may be required by the processor. (i.e. PSA-MC if married and using married surname, etc.)
MODE OF PAYMENT
Vancouver applicants may pay in exact amount in cash or by money order/bank draft payable to the Philippine Consulate General.
Applicants in an Outreach Program MUST pay by MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT only, payable to the Philippine Consulate General.
