Vancouver PCG Welcomes Potato Corner in Vancouver

​Consul Arlene T. Magno is joined by Mrs. Corazon Garcia at the ribbon cutting for the brand unveiling of Filipino food cart giant Potato Corner in Canada. In her remarks, Consul Magno said that Potato Corner now joins other iconic Philippine brand like Max, Goldilocks, Philippine Airlines and Ayala, that help put the Philippines in the socio-economic map of Canada, particularly British Columbia.​

​Potato Corner’s mascot, Spudster, joins guests from the Filipino community and media in a photo after the official brand unveiling. The first kiosk is slated to open in Surrey in October this year.​

The Consulate is open from:

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (every last Friday of each month)​ except on Philippine and Canadian holidays.
