5 April 2019 – COMELEC-deputized personnel of the Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver pose with COMELEC officials who conducted the On-Site Regional Training for the Implementation of Automated Election System in Overseas Voting for Purposes of the 2019 National and Local Elections held at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco on 3-5 April 2019. The three-day training included lectures on the functions of the members of the Special Board of Election Inspectors and Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group, as well as that of the VCM Technical Support, and hands-on sessions on the operations of the Vote Counting Machine (VCM).
