Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.

Applicants are encouraged to book an appointment online for their convenience.

Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver Conducts Consular Outreach Mission in Prince George, British Columbia

30 March 2019 – The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver conducted its first consular outreach mission for the year at the Immigrant and Cultural Services Society of Prince George, where they assisted 175 applicants for passport renewal, civil registry, NBI clearance and notarials during the one-day outreach in the city.  Prince George is widely known as the capital of Northern British Columbia and is home to more than 1,000 Filipinos, according to Statistics Canada. The Consulate’s first outreach mission to the city was in 2015.

The Consulate is open from:

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (every last Friday of each month)​ except on Philippine and Canadian holidays.
