Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.

Applicants are encouraged to book an appointment online for their convenience.

20 January 2017 —The Philippine Consulate General in Vancouver successfully held a pre-departure briefing for Winter Escapade 4 (WE4) Vancouver participants on 19 January 2017.

Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer welcomed and thanked the attendees, comprised of first-time participants as well as previous WE tour members, for showing their support for the Winter Escapade program. For WE4, there are 46 registered participants from Vancouver, its highest in the past 4 years. 

The latest itinerary updates and advisories for WE4 were presented to the audience by Vice Consul Cham Guevara.  PDOT-SF Tourism Director Pura Molintas was also on hand to answer queries from the audience.  Except for individuals who already left for the Philippines, most of the participants from Vancouver attended the briefing. 

The Winter Escapade tour, which is on its fourth year, is scheduled on 6-14 February 2015 and will feature exciting destinations in Manila, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Coron, Palawan. END

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (every last Friday of each month)​ except on Philippine and Canadian holidays.
