Notice to Passport Applicants
Personal appearance is required for all passport applicants.
Applicants are encouraged to book an appointment online for their convenience.
The Philippine Consulate General is located at the World Trade Center Office Complex, 999 Canada Place, Suite 660 Vancouver, B.C. V6C 3E1

FOR LOST PASSPORT OF ADULT APPLICANT:
In case of a Lost VALID e-Passport or Lost EXPIRED Passport, please refer to the requirements for NEW applications.
Additional Requirements for Lost Valid e-Passport or Lost Expired Passport:
Police Report in English
Notarized Affidavit of Loss in English
PASSPORT RELEASE AND DELIVERY
New passport will be available approximately 8 weeks* after date of application.
A self-addressed prepaid return envelope (with tracking number) PER APPLICANT must be provided upon submission of passport application. Applicant may secure said prepaid envelope from Canada Post (Xpresspost envelope) or from a courier service of their choice.
The Consulate, however, does NOT assume responsibility for passports/documents that may be lost in the mail.
*Barring any circumstance beyond the Consulate’s control, passport applications will be processed and released by above-stated period.
MODE OF PAYMENT – Passport Fee: CAD 81.00
Applicants who apply for passport processing at the Philippine Consulate General’s office in Vancouver may pay in: (1) Cash, or (2) Bank draft or postal money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General. Please note that debit or credit card transactions are not available.
Applicants in an Outreach Program must pay by MONEY ORDER or BANK DRAFT ONLY, payable to the Philippine Consulate General. One (1) money order or bank draft may be accepted for applications of a group of applicants, e.g. a family of 4 applicants may pay with a bank draft or money order of CAD 324.
